1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between regal33 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Member", "you", "your") who accesses, registers, or uses any service offered through the regal33 website at regal33.win and any associated subdomains or mobile-optimised versions thereof.

By creating a regal33 account or by continuing to use the Platform after any update to these Terms, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any product-specific rules or promotional terms published on the Platform.

If you do not agree with any portion of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the regal33 Platform and, if applicable, close your account by contacting our support team.

regal33 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. We recommend Members review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of the regal33 Platform is subject to the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform. regal33 applies a strict 21+ age requirement in line with international responsible gambling standards. Providing false information regarding your age constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balances.
• You must be a natural person with legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gambling is expressly prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of regal33 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or service partners.
• You must not be accessing the Platform via a virtual private network (VPN) or other technology designed to circumvent geographic restrictions, where such restrictions are in force.

regal33 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to request documentary evidence of any of the above criteria. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

3. Account Registration

To access the full functionality of regal33, including deposits, gameplay, and withdrawals, you are required to register a Member account. The following conditions apply to account registration:

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one active regal33 account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Detected duplicate accounts will be closed and all associated balances and bonuses forfeited.
• Accurate information: You must provide complete and accurate personal information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, Malaysian mobile number or email address, and any other information requested. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your regal33 account password and for all activities conducted through your account. regal33 must be notified immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Account non-transferability: regal33 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise dispose of your account or any associated benefits to any third party.

4. Identity Verification (KYC)

regal33 is required by its licensing obligations and internal anti-money laundering ("AML") policy to verify the identity of all Members prior to processing withdrawals. This process is commonly referred to as Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification.

KYC verification requires submission of the following documentation:

• A government-issued photo identification document (Malaysian MyKad, passport, or driving licence);
• Proof of the payment method used for deposits (where applicable);
• Any additional documentation that regal33 may reasonably request to satisfy its AML obligations.

KYC documents must be submitted in a legible format. regal33 reserves the right to request re-submission if documents are of insufficient quality. Accounts for which KYC verification has not been completed may play games but will not be permitted to process withdrawals until verification is successful. regal33 is not liable for any delay in withdrawal processing resulting from incomplete KYC.

5. Deposits

regal33 accepts deposits via the payment channels listed on the Platform, including but not limited to Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Hong Leong Bank, Public Bank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, and USDT TRC20. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time.

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. regal33 does not accept third-party deposits.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply per transaction and per payment method. Current limits are displayed on the deposit page within your regal33 account.
• regal33 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may impose transaction charges for which regal33 accepts no responsibility.
• Deposited funds are credited to your regal33 wallet balance upon confirmed receipt. regal33 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• regal33 reserves the right to reverse a deposit and return funds to the originating payment method if the deposit is suspected to be fraudulent or in violation of these Terms.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on regal33 are subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment account registered in the name of the verified regal33 account holder. No third-party withdrawals are permitted.
• All pending bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied before funds derived from bonus activity may be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements may result in bonus forfeiture.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply. Current limits are available on the withdrawal page within your regal33 account dashboard.
• regal33 targets withdrawal processing times of under 5 minutes for e-wallet channels (Touch n Go eWallet, Boost) during normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on the receiving institution's processing schedule.
• Withdrawal requests above RM 10,000 per transaction may require additional identity re-verification prior to processing.
• regal33 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal if it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or any other violation of these Terms, pending investigation.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

regal33 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to Members. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be stated at the time of offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, qualifying games, and expiry dates. The following general conditions apply to all regal33 bonuses:

• Bonuses are intended for recreational players engaging in genuine gambling activity. regal33 reserves the right to withhold or cancel bonuses — and associated winnings — if it determines that a Member has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk betting patterns designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk; coordinated play between multiple accounts; or exploitation of promotional terms through systematic arbitrage.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• regal33 reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, except where a Member has already accepted a specific offer.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Member. Attempts to claim multiple welcome bonuses through duplicate accounts will result in forfeiture of all bonus amounts and possible account suspension.

8. Gameplay Rules

All games available on regal33 are governed by product-specific rules in addition to these general Terms. Members are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing wagers.

• All bets placed and accepted on regal33 are final and binding, subject to the provisions of these Terms. regal33 does not accept responsibility for losses resulting from a Member's misunderstanding of game rules.
• In the event of a software malfunction or game error, regal33 reserves the right to void affected bets and return staked amounts to Members. regal33's decision on such matters is final.
• Live casino games are operated by independent third-party game studios. regal33 accepts no liability for interruptions to live game streams caused by events outside its control, including network outages or studio technical issues.
• Sportsbook bets are subject to the sportsbook rules published on the Platform, including settlement rules for void events, postponed matches, and partial results.

9. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are expressly prohibited on regal33 and will result in immediate account suspension and possible legal referral:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human mechanism to interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities — any discovered vulnerabilities must be reported to [email protected] and must not be exploited;
• Engaging in collusion with other players or with any third party to gain an unfair advantage;
• Money laundering or using regal33 to process funds derived from illegal activity;
• Providing false identity information or using another person's identity documents;
• Accessing the Platform from a restricted jurisdiction via a VPN or proxy;
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening regal33 staff or other Members via any communication channel.

regal33 cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities in investigations related to financial crime, identity fraud, and other illegal activities conducted through the Platform.

10. Responsible Gaming

regal33 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The following tools are available to all Members from within their account dashboard:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on total deposits to your regal33 wallet.
• Session time limits: Set automatic session duration reminders or hard limits.
• Loss limits: Define maximum loss thresholds over specified periods.
• Cool-off periods: Temporarily suspend your account for periods ranging from 24 hours to 30 days.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently close your regal33 account. Self-exclusion requests are actioned immediately and are not subject to a cooling-off period.

regal33 enforces the 21+ age requirement rigorously. All accounts undergo identity verification. Accounts found to have been opened by individuals below the age of 21 will be permanently closed and all balances — including deposits — may be forfeited pending AML review.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the regal33 Platform — including but not limited to logos, branding, software, game content, text, images, and user interface design — is the intellectual property of regal33 or its licensed third-party suppliers. Nothing in these Terms grants Members any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, modify, or create derivative works from any regal33 content without prior written consent. Unauthorised use of regal33 intellectual property may result in legal action.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, regal33 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to access the Platform;
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any kind;
• Losses arising from events outside regal33's reasonable control, including internet outages, payment processor failures, or force majeure events;
• The accuracy or completeness of any information provided on the Platform, including game odds, statistical data, or third-party content.

regal33's total aggregate liability to any Member shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Privacy

regal33's collection, use, and protection of Member personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is available at regal33.win/privacy-policy. By registering on regal33, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

14. Amendments to These Terms

regal33 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, regal33 will endeavour to notify active Members via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days prior to the effective date of the change. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account before the effective date.

15. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising from or in connection with them or the use of regal33, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which regal33 is licensed to operate. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through regal33's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer in your country of residence.
